What gets deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account, we immediately and permanently remove:

• Your login and identity (name, email, and authentication credentials)
• Your workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Your AI-generated strength programs and plans
• Your body-composition and In-Body scan data
• Your nutrition and food logs
• Your profile, goals, and body metrics

Subscription billing records that we are legally required to retain for tax and fraud-prevention purposes may be kept for the period required by law, in line with our Privacy Policy. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, using our secure self-service deletion page:

1. Open the account deletion page using the button below.
2. Sign in to verify the account is yours.
3. Confirm deletion — your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

If you're unable to sign in or would prefer we handle it, email support@higherup.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
